The Daphne Guinness for MAC Blush Ombres: Just as Sweet the Second Time Around - Makeup and Beauty Blog
Wearing MAC Chroma Ombre in Azalea Flower on my cheeks
Dang, you have a swell retentivity for MAC makeup! I should call you lot "Full Recall." 🙂 Forget Sudoku and crossword puzzles; trying to recollect the first time MAC colors launched is a smashing brain exercise for beauty buffs.
And aye, you're right! Two of the new Daphne Guinness for MAC Blush Ombres ($26 each) appeared last year in the Spring Colour Forecast collection. Azalea Flower (a light cool pink) and Vintage Grape (a mid-tone violet pink) are staging a improvement, except now they cost $1 more than they did in 2010 (a sign of the times, yo).
If you lot missed 'em the first time effectually, you go a 2d chance. They offer the same moderate, buildable coverage they did back so, in a finish about halfway between shimmer and matte.
Each 1 combines two colors in the aforementioned pan, and equally far equally I can tell, the gradients aren't an overspray. Swirl the two colors together to create a single shade, or keep them autonomously and apply separately. I'm partial to wearing the lighter halves as blushes and highlighters and the darker halves for contouring.
I simply beloved how these look on the peel. The grains are so fine that they're almost undetectable!

MAC's 0.31-ounce Blush Ombres cost thirty percent more than their regular 0.21-ounce Pulverisation Blushes, simply you get 50 pct more product, and so in a way they're kind of a deal. With two shades in every pan, they're similar getting ii blushes for a trivial more the price of one.
PRICE: $26 each
AVAILABILITY: Coming soon to North American MAC counters and stores and online Dec 26; internationally in January
